Our goal is to keep our pay-rate in the top 50% of in-home care agencies.

You will need a copy of the following:

• Active CPR license
• Physical and PPD (or chest x-ray)
• Driver’s license
• Two (2) references for previous employment
• Three (3) personal character references
• Maryland State criminal background check.
• Banking and Direct Deposit information

Before your first shift, you will be required to complete a comprehensive in-service training.

You will be paid for any mandatory training, orientation, or in-service we request.

The majority of caregiver are caring for only a single person. Occasionally, opportunities may arise that require caring for two people (for example a husband and wife) living in the same household.

Caregivers in these situations will have priority placement. They may have the option of being placed with another client or using paid/unpaid leave during these times.
